These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClipDance website (clipdance.ai) and AI video generation services, operated by NexaEdge LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ClipDance is an AI-powered video generation platform that provides:
- Text-to-video generation
- Image-to-video generation
- Native audio generation synchronized with video
- Multi-shot video sequences with character consistency
Generation is powered by third-party AI models — including Seedance 2.0, developed by ByteDance — accessed through their service providers. ClipDance is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the developers of these models.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
- One person may not maintain more than one account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Our services operate on a credit-based system. Video generation consumes credits.
- Credits are purchased through subscription plans or credit packages.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Credits have expiration dates as specified at time of purchase or grant.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
- Your Content: You retain all rights to content you upload (images, videos, audio) and videos you generate using our services. You have full commercial rights to generated content.
- Our Service: The ClipDance platform — including its original website code, interface design, workflows, and the ClipDance name and branding — is the intellectual property of NexaEdge LLC. Third-party model names, trademarks, and model technology (including Seedance, developed by ByteDance) remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants us ownership of any third-party model or trademark.
- License to Us: By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing our services. We do not use your content to train AI models without explicit consent.
You may not use our services to generate, upload, or distribute any of the following categories of content:
- Pornography and sexually explicit material (NSFW) — sexual content, nudity produced for sexual gratification, or sexualised depictions of any person.
- Violence and gore — graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or content that glorifies, incites, or provides instructions for violent acts.
- Hate speech — content that attacks, demeans, dehumanises, or incites hatred or discrimination against individuals or groups on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
- Child-unsafe content — any sexual or exploitative depiction of a minor, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This is subject to zero tolerance and may be reported to law enforcement.
- Deepfakes and impersonation — realistic depictions of identifiable real people created without their consent, in particular content intended to deceive, defraud, harass, or produce non-consensual intimate imagery, and content that impersonates a real person or organisation.
- Copyright and trademark infringement — content that reproduces or derives from works, characters, brands, logos, or trade dress you do not own or have permission to use, or that infringes any third party's intellectual-property rights.
You may not upload reference images, videos, or audio depicting another person without that person's consent, nor material you do not have the rights to use.
You also agree not to:
- Generate content that is otherwise illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or copy the AI models made available through our services
- Use automated tools to access our services beyond normal API usage
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
- Circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or other usage restrictions
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or evade our safety filters or content moderation
- Upload content that contains malware or malicious code
We operate automated safety screening on generation requests submitted through our services. Requests that our filters identify as violating the categories above may be blocked or rejected before generation, and generated output may be withheld. Some models are restricted to safe-for-work output at all times and cannot be exempted from this screening.
Automated screening is not perfect: it may block permitted requests, and it may fail to catch every violation. It supplements, and does not replace, your responsibility to comply with this policy. We additionally review content when we receive a report or otherwise become aware of a possible violation.
If you encounter content generated or shared through our services that violates this policy — including content that infringes your rights, depicts you without consent, or involves child safety — please report it to us.

Please include the URL or task reference where available, a description of the issue, and, for intellectual-property or likeness claims, enough detail for us to identify the work or person concerned.
We handle reports as follows:
- Confidentiality — the reporter's identity is not disclosed to the reported party.
- Impartiality — each report is reviewed on its own merits.
- Priority — reports involving child safety or an imminent threat to a person are escalated ahead of other reports.
- Anti-abuse — knowingly false or malicious reports may themselves result in enforcement.
Depending on the severity and history of the violation, we may: block or remove the offending content; issue a warning; restrict access to specific features or models; suspend or terminate the account; and, where legally required, report the matter to law enforcement. Violations involving child-unsafe content or an imminent threat to a person are actioned immediately and may be reported to the authorities without prior notice.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
- Our services are provided "as is" and "as available".
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
- You are solely responsible for how you use generated content.
- You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
- We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
